CAR SHOW FAQ

How do I enter the car show?


We are looking for vehicles that showcase the artistry, innovation and history of the automobile, with elements of uniqueness. To be considered you must complete the application form below. All years, makes and models are encouraged to apply. Due to limited capacity, completing the application form does not guarantee entry into the show. Once accepted, you will receive a link to process your payment and receive important car show details. To apply, click here.




What is included in registration?


$40 Registration Includes: -Gift Bag with Items from Sponsors -Entry into the Raffle -Discount to The Inn at Meadowbrook -Commemorative Garden Flag -Polo Shirt




What can I bring?


-Chairs -Coolers -Sunscreen -Umbrellas -Wheel chocks -Drinks/Snacks -Pets on a leash -Fire extinguisher -10 X 10 tent




What is not allowed at the event?


-Grilling -Outside alcohol -Disruptive behavior -Unsafe/Illegal driving -Any kind of open flame -Burnouts (coming or leaving the events) Event staff reserve the right to ask you to leave should any rules or laws be violated.

This is a rain or shine event.

Is there entertainment/activity areas?


Yes. In addition to family fun activities listed here, The School of Rock will be performing during the car show.




Are there restrooms?


Restrooms are available near both entrances of the car show, near the park shelters and inside the Inn at Meadowbrook and its surrounding restaurants.




I can't make it anymore, what are my options?


This is a rain or shine event. All purchases are final and therefore non-refundable. If you can no longer attend the event, you may still pick up your items at the KC Auto Museum in Olathe, KS. Car show entries are nontransferable unless previously arranged with KC Auto Museum staff.




I am bringing a different car, is that okay?


If you are no longer able to bring your vehicle, please contact butchp@kcautomuseum.com.




Will there be food or drinks for purchase?


There will be food and beverage options available for purchase.




Will there be vendors?


Yes. We encourage you to visit our sponsor/vendor booths.




How much is car show registration?


Registration is $40.




Are there group or car club discounts?


There are no discounts available for this show.

What time can car show participants leave?


For the safety of the public, we ask that you stay until the event ends at 3:00 PM. If you must leave, please notify event staff to clear traffic.




Is there judging this year?


There will be both People's Choice Judging and Hagerty Youth Judging.

When does registration close?


Online registration closes on March 26th or when it sells out. There is no day-of vehicle registration.

When available, you can view the event map here.




How big is my vehicle space?


Registered vehicles get approximately a 11 ft x 20 ft space to park their vehicle.




What should I receive with registration?


$40 Registration Includes: -Gift Bag with Items fromSponsors -Entry into the Raffle -Discount to The Inn at Meadowbrook -Commemorative Garden Flag -Polo Shirt You will also receive a printable temporary vehicle tag prior to the event with additional event details.




What are the event hours?


The event opens to the public at 10 AM and ends at 3 PM. All car show participants will need to be on the field no later than 9:30 AM.
